A confident, experienced, and collaborative school leader who:
- Has at least 3–5 years of experience as a Deputy Head.
- Holds a Degree in Education
- Is SACE-registered and deeply familiar with IEB standards.
- Understands the rhythm of both Primary and High School life—and can dance to both.
- Brings strong operational, strategic, and people leadership to the table.

You’ll wear a few different hats:
- Academic Leader – Ensure top-tier curriculum implementation, assessment quality, and learner outcomes across both schools.
- Culture Curator – Promote Curro’s values while fostering a unique Brackenfell spirit that inspires learners, staff, and parents alike.
- Operational Strategist – Oversee school business planning, budget control, compliance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- People Developer – Mentor a multi-phase teaching and leadership team, manage staff performance, and drive talent retention.
- Community Connector – Build strong parent relationships, develop outreach initiatives, and guide our learners to become compassionate leaders.
Important to know:
- This position is only open to current Curro employees.
- You’ll report directly to the Executive Head
- Your influence will span over the Curro Brackenfell Primary and High School.
The successful candidate will start on 01 July 2025.
